Shipping policy

We want your experience with us to be smooth from the moment you place your order to the moment your items arrive. Below you’ll find all the details on how we process and ship our products.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

  • Please allow 1–2 business days for processing before your order ships.

  • You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, followed by a tracking email once your order is on its way.

During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, new launches), processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We currently ship within the United States.

Standard Shipping

  • Delivered in 3–7 business days

  • Rates calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight

Expedited Shipping

  • Delivered in 2–3 business days

  • Rates calculated at checkout where available

Overnight Shipping

  • Delivered next business day

  • Available on select items and destinations

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order leaves our facility, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.
If tracking information hasn’t updated within 48 hours, feel free to reach out to us.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We ship to most P.O. Boxes via USPS.
Expedited and overnight shipping may not be available for P.O. Box addresses.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside the U.S.
We hope to expand soon!

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We want you to receive your order safely:

  • If your package is marked as delivered but you can’t locate it, please check with neighbors, building management, or your local carrier office.

  • If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll assist you with a replacement or solution.

  • For lost packages, reach out to us and we will work with the carrier to help resolve the issue.

Address Errors

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to reroute packages.
