Refund policy

At Allure Aesthetics, we strive to provide the highest-quality skincare and wellness products. Due to the nature of our medical-grade skincare and prescription-based medications, all sales are considered final. Please review our policies below before completing your purchase.

Skincare Products

All skincare product sales are final.
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or unopened skincare products.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@allurefl.com with:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will promptly review your claim and provide a replacement if eligible.


Prescription Medications

All prescription medications including but not limited to peptides, GLP-1 medications (e.g., semaglutide), exosomes, hormone therapy, and any compounded medications are non-returnable and non-refundable by federal law.

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Opened or unopened medication

  • Incorrect orders placed due to customer error

  • Changes in treatment plan, dosing, or medical eligibility after purchase

If you believe you received the wrong medication, contact us within 24 hours so we can resolve the issue.


Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.
For subscriptions or auto-refill services, please contact us at least 7 days before your next billing cycle to pause or update your order.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Allure Aesthetics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked “Delivered.”
If this occurs, please file a claim directly with the carrier.
